By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees in advance that, if the order subject to the Agreement is approved, the BUYER shall be obligated to pay the order amount and any additional charges such as shipping fees and taxes, and confirms having been informed accordingly.

2.⁠ ⁠DEFINITIONS

For the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
   •    MINISTER: Refers to the Minister of Trade.
   •    MINISTRY: Refers to the Ministry of Trade.
   •    LAW: Refers to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
   •    REGULATION: Refers to the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
   •    SERVICE: Refers to any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, performed or undertaken in exchange for a fee or benefit.
   •    SELLER: Refers to the company that offers goods to consumers within the scope of commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf of or for the account of the provider.
   •    BUYER: Refers to a natural or legal person acquiring, using, or benefiting from goods or services for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
   •    SITE: Refers to the website owned by the SELLER.
   •    ORDERING PARTY: Refers to the natural or legal person requesting goods or services through the SELLER’s website.
   •    PARTIES: Refers collectively to the SELLER and the BUYER.
   •    AGREEMENT: Refers to this contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER.
   •    GOODS: Refers to movable goods subject to shopping transactions and intangible goods such as software, audio, visual content, and similar products prepared for use in electronic environments.

3.⁠ ⁠SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts concerning the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website, with the specifications and sales price stated below.

The listed prices announced on the website are sales prices. Declared prices and promises remain valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited period remain valid until the end of the specified period.

7.⁠ ⁠INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

7.1. Product Features

The essential characteristics of the goods/products/services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER’s website. If a campaign is organized by the SELLER, the main features of the relevant product can be reviewed during the campaign period. Valid until the campaign end date.

7.2. Prices

The listed and announced prices on the website are sales prices. Declared prices and promises remain valid until updated or modified. Prices announced for a specified period remain valid until the end of that period.

7.3. Taxes and Payments

The total sales price of the goods or services subject to this Agreement, including all taxes, is shown below:

Invoice Delivery: The invoice shall be delivered together with the order to the invoice address during delivery.

 9.⁠ ⁠GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Information and Acceptance

The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product subject to the Agreement, sales price, payment method, and delivery details on the SELLER’s website, and has provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

9.2. Delivery Period

Each product subject to this Agreement shall be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section of the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER’s place of residence, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded.

10.⁠ ⁠RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the distance contract concerns the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to themselves or to the person/entity at the specified address, without providing any reason, by notifying the SELLER.


11.⁠ ⁠PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-order items. For hygiene reasons, earrings with opened or unsealed packaging may not be eligible for withdrawal or return, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect, in accordance with applicable laws.

Returns due to defective, damaged, incorrect, or faulty items are separate from the right of withdrawal and remain applicable under consumer protection regulations. Customers who receive a damaged or incorrect item should contact us for assistance.

12.⁠ ⁠DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER defaults on payment made by credit card, the BUYER agrees, declares, and undertakes to pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the issuing bank and to be liable to the bank.

13.⁠ ⁠COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections shall be submitted to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court located in the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was conducted.

14.⁠ ⁠EFFECTIVENESS

The BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement upon completing payment for the order placed through the Site.
