SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 5–7 business days.
We offer free domestic shipping, and free international shipping on orders over 12000 TL. Shipping costs for orders below these amounts are calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Türkiye)
Orders within Türkiye are shipped via Aras Kargo.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via PTT Kargo or DHL depending on your selection at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays caused by the carrier.
For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry.
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out — we will always do our best to make it right.
For accessories and decor items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item has been received and evaluated, a refund will be issued.
